Upkept is a private habit journal for iPhone. When you finish a habit, snap a photo or record a quick voice note — transcribed right on your device — then look back on everything you showed up for.

Where is my data stored?
Only on your iPhone. Upkept has no account and no servers, and it works in airplane mode.
How do I back up or move my habits?
Settings → Export data saves everything — including your photos and voice notes — as a file you can keep in Files or iCloud Drive. Deleting the app deletes your data, so export first.
How do I restore Upkept Proof on a new phone?
In Settings, tap Unlock Proof, then Restore Purchase, while signed in to the same Apple Account you bought it with.
Are voice notes sent anywhere for transcription?
No. Transcription runs entirely on your device.
Reminders aren’t showing up.
Check Settings → Notifications → Upkept on your iPhone and make sure notifications are allowed.
